To subscribe to our public libraries, simply visit one of our libraries and ask for the Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais membership card. You need to show proof of residency and a valid piece of ID. The membership card is FREE both for residents of Val-des-Monts and for students attending school here.

Your Accès BIBLIO library card gives you access to the following services:
- book and multimedia collection loans
- interlibrary loans
- Internet and Wi-Fi workstations with laptops or tablets
- e-book loans online
- your online subscriber account.
