The Human Resources Service provides support and expertise to municipal managers in planning, coordinating, directing and monitoring personnel management (labour relations, staffing, training, development, compensation, benefits, organizational development, application of collective agreements, policies on working conditions and laws and regulations related to labour and the workforce), to ensure that citizens receive quality service from a qualified workforce.
