Human Resources Service
The Human Resources Service provides support and expertise to municipal managers in planning, coordinating, directing and monitoring personnel management (labour relations, staffing, training, development, compensation, benefits, organizational development, application of collective agreements, policies on working conditions and laws and regulations related to labour and the workforce), to ensure that citizens receive quality service from a qualified workforce.

Communications Department
The Communications Department is responsible for the integrated management of the dissemination of information to internal and external audiences by continuously developing its communication tools. Beyond its mandate to inform citizens of the actions or decisions of the municipal administration, it protects the brand image of the Municipality by carrying out specific monitoring. Finally, the Communications Department plays a role with other municipal departments by directing their efforts in the areas of communication, marketing and new media.
